We are a mental health and intellectual disability service provider. Our license is held in the state of Tennessee with the Department of Mental Health and Substance abuse as well as the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
What We Offer
We offer supportive living for adults with mental health disabilities, intellectual disabilities and Substance Abuse problems, with individual focus on stabilization, recovery, quality care, community integration and overall supports.

Our aim is to help individuals who have disabilities live in the community at the highest standard of living that is safely possible, with the support needed to stay med-compliant, to prevent homelessness and keep individuals out of a hospital setting

Some of our residents will live in our in-house programs on a short term basis or as long as the services are needed and continue to benefit from the support services provided by Salim Homes.
